1.How is the beach around your place? With lots of full sand covered areas but a little bit rocky as everywhere around in Playa Las Pocitas.
2.What kind of breakfast do you serve? American breakfast is included (coffee, fruit juices, bread and toasts w/ butter and jams, and eggs).
3. What kind of restaurant do you have? We serve seafood dishes mainly, meat dishes (beef and chicken based) and homemade pasta.

We open it everyday from 12 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 10 p.m.
4.Wich way of transport to move around is used? The mototaxi as we call it in spanish. It is a motorcycle with a back seat that can suit up to 3 people. It is easy to find one avalilable all day.
Mototaxis drive through the dirt road behind our place, that connects all hotels and houses of Las Pocitas with downtown Mancora.

5. Do you offer airport pick up? Yes, we could book a private car (1 to 4 people) and or a van (5 to 11 people).
Price from Piura airport: S/. 240 a car and S/. 350 a van (2 1/2 hours trip aprox.).
Price from Tumbes airport: S/. 150 a car and S/. 270 a van. (1 1/2 hours trip aprox.).
